Welcome Back Steve Mangelson! We would like to welcome back Steve Mangelson as the Team Leader for our St. George Market Center.  Steve has been in the real estate business since 2002. He started out his career in Littleton, Co. After working for JDI Investments for 2 years, he started the search for a bigger real estate company, that would offer better training, support & opportunity.   Keller Williams was a perfect match. Steve joined Keller Williams Realty in January of 2004. In 2006, he was the 3rd largest producer in an office of 80 agents. Desiring a new environment, he took his family & moved to St. George, UT. Excited to live in a smaller town, and more sun, Steve continued at Keller Williams St. George. Upon arriving, there was a change in the Team Leader role, and Steve assumed that role in May of 2006.   From ’06 to ’10, he served in the capacity as Team Leader, growing the agent count to 121 agents, which was the largest of any real estate firm in Washington, CO. Utah. In 2010, Steve recruited his replacement, Joe Langston. After a year of personal production, Steve & Joe partnered up to form the ExSell Group. In 2012, The ExSell Group ranked #14 in closed production, out of 850 agents in Washington County. The last 6 months of 2012, the ExSell Group’s closed volume production, placed them #5 out of 850 agents.
